What AI technology powers AICHIKI?
AICHIKI uses advanced large language models from multiple leading AI research labs worldwide. We select models based on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring you get the best conversational experience. Our multi-provider approach means better uptime, flexibility, and optimized quality for different conversation types.
Do you use only one AI provider?
No. We integrate multiple state-of-the-art AI models from industry leaders including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others. This multi-model strategy gives you more reliable service, better character variety, and protection against single-provider outages. We intelligently route conversations to the optimal model for each interaction.
How do you ensure conversation quality?
We continuously monitor conversation quality, response times, context retention, and user feedback. Our intelligent routing system selects the best AI model for each interaction based on character type, conversation context, narrative complexity, and real-time performance metrics.
Privacy & Data Usage
Do you train on user chats?
No. Your conversations remain completely private and are never used to train AI models. We have explicit agreements with all our AI providers to protect your privacy and ensure your chats are not used for model training purposes.
Where is data stored?
All data is stored in EU data centers (Brussels and Frankfurt) across our cloud providers: Google Cloud (infrastructure), Firebase (authentication), and Supabase (character data). We comply with EU data protection regulations including GDPR.
Can anyone see my conversations?
No. Your conversations are private by default. Only you can see your chats. We do not share, sell, or analyze your conversation content for any purpose other than delivering the service.
